ADOPTION

Children in our care who are able to benefit from permanent placement with a family are placed on adoption by the Society whenever possible. Our Adoption Service is interested in working with families willing to adopt children over the age of two with special needs. Our agency works with a small number of families at a time to be home studied due to limited resources. Families interested in being home studied can complete an application package and will later be asked to attend training necessary to the home study process. Information is also available on private adoption and resources related to the adoption process.
