On Saturday, August 16th, York Region CAS welcomed our community to our Agency’s head office in Newmarket for our annual Car Wash Fundraiser in support of the York Region Children’s Fund (YRCF).
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community—and the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and community partners—our full-service car wash event was a huge success! We were thrilled to see such strong support truly make a difference!
Funds raised have gone directly to the YRCF – which at a high level, helps provide vital childhood enrichment, educational support, and compassionate aid that improves the quality of life for children and youth in our community who have faced abuse, neglect, or other threats to their well-being.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our sponsors and volunteers—Trans Power Utility Contractors Inc. and Home Depot Newmarket, as well as York Regional Police, Newmarket Soccer Club’s 2010 Boys team, and all those who rolled up their sleeves to make this event such a success.
