The Office of the Ombudsman of Ontario has officially launched its newly redesigned website: http://www.ombudsman.on.ca, in celebration of its 50th anniversary.
The website offers improved tools and clearer pathways for both the public and service providers, reinforcing the importance of transparency, fairness, and accountability in public service.
Highlights of the New Website include:

· Guided Complaint Process: Step-by-step insights into how complaints are managed.
· Tailored Content for Specific Groups: Including Indigenous communities, children and youth, French speakers, and more.
· Easier Access to Reports: Investigation summaries, annual reports, and municipal meeting reports are now simpler to navigate and read.
· Updated Municipal Meetings Case Digest: Featuring improved keyword browsing and clearer organization.
· New Section: “Info for Public Bodies and Officials”:
o Understand what happens if a complaint is made about your organization.
